Avin NarasimhanMay 18, 2013Incredible facility. 3 floors, including a basketball court, spin studios, yoga area, plus the usual gym standards. Lots of locals seem to be in the house on weekdays.

This truly is yoga for everyone. Don't take yourself too seriously. Karen is amazing and closes with a wonderful thought for the day.
Pilates with Nancy Black is the best! Highly recommend!- Yes! Yoga on Sundays with Karen. Bring your mat and get your Om on! :)
- Mat Pilates classes are fantastic. Go to Nancys or Jennas class.
