Went for my first time today. I interacted with around 9 employees and they were all wonderful and very friendly. Definitely made me feel at ease

Apparently your w2 has to have your middle initial on it if your drivers license has your middle name on it. I showed up with like 10 w2s and they wouldn't let me donate. It was really upsetting.

go early in the morning, you don't have to wait for a bed, 6:00 at night might be waiting to get poked until 6:45
