Best service department ever. Even if you wait, drinks and food are complementary in a nice clean and classy "cafe"/waiting room. They even have iPads to loan while you wait!

Christine GDecember 26, 2014Horrendous service department. What we were told was going to take 1-1.5 hrs took 4. Waited for service shuttle for over 40 mins after many unanswered calls. And they don't take Amex. Go elsewhere.
ScottAugust 11, 2012AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - negotiated a reasonable deal on a X3, then when I questioned a $500 discrepancy in the tax amount on the deal sheet, they became extremely rude, belligerent and defensive.

Robert HerpstJuly 4, 2018Watch the bills. Example-- service rep advised by text that a headlight bulb flickered. I authorized bulb replacement, which cost $15.15. Billed for $82.50 for an electrical analysis.
