Check out the new and improved fitness center upstairs - tons of brand new equipment. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask a staff member. They’re all very friendly and helpful.

If you can easily talk and use the machine for 45 minutes (!) UP THE RESISTANCE. You're not accomplishing anything!
