Just look at the rolls!!! The question you should be asking is how many of those deliciousness you'll be ordering! Nem Nuong Cuon is the staple on every table. Rice dishes are great too!

It's at the back of the Mall of Fortune. Other than the pork spring rolls (crispy center and special sauce make this dish), specialties #10-shaken beef and #3-roasted duck salad were also good.

The spring rolls are some of the best I've ever had.the bun bo hue was a little disappointing. Make sure to save room for dessert, the coconut jelly is delightful with real coconut.

Com tam bi cha suong nuong was overall dry/tough/bland. Nem nuong cuon was solid as usual with the great tasting sauce, crisp wonton skin, and decent nem. Much overhyped restaurant, though.

Awesome alternative to the typical Vietnamese pho places, full menu of tasty delicious thingies to discover. Forget about the macaroon, this is not LaDurée.

Order the Nem Nuong Cuon! This is the one item that has seeded Brodard's success and the reason there's always a line to get a table. The nem nuong cuon is a spring roll to end all spring rolls! Read more

Try to make a reservation. If walking in, be sure to sign in your name on the yellow legal pad. The wait can be long but well worth it!

The Nem Nuong Cuon, Bo Bia Cuon and banh khot put this place on the map. If you're feeling something sweet, go with the taro shake all the way.

I asked if the coconut was the real coconut where they chop the top off & was assured it is...this is what I got + crispy seafood noodle. Not what I had in mind, but okay! I'll take it hahaha ^o^

First time? You MUST order their signature Nem Nuong rolls. The crepes (shown) are also superb, as is the Ca Thanh Long fried fish plate.
