had a big issue inside the store... asked a rep a question and her response was... I'm not on the clock and pointed me to another person who wasn't on the clock either, but at least he helped me.
hard to believe, but unless you order 1 thing, they will find a way to mess up your order...
I took my BRAND NEW TOYOTA TUNDRA to this shop for it's 2nd wash.THEY SCRATCHED IT!The rep looked at me crazy as if I wasn't supposed to see it. Thankfully, the dealer fixed it.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
