- Ram RajasekaranJuly 19, 2018Beautiful airport. Lots of walking involved, but I think that is the case with most airports. They turn the AC off at night it seems. Trying to be ecofriendly at the expense of passenger comfort.
- Trolleys are kept in the far corner of the vast baggage claim area near Belt 3. God forbid your luggage is coming at Belt 13. You'll walk a kilometre to and fro to collect a trolley. Amazing India!
- MidiaAugust 17, 2018A big ,clean airport,the only problem is that u just have45 minutes of free wi fi and if u wanna charge it you MUST have credit card not in cash!!!! Lovely part of that is dogs in air port
- Head for the immigration queue immediately once you land. Can be a longish affair. Always on offers for those looking for alcohol deals.
- Very clean and well appointed airport. Expect long walks to the arrival hall and lots a traffic around the airport when getting out. Theobroma being in the airport is 😀
- Shopper and Foodies paradise! You can get great bargains. Look out for it! :)

- An airport matching international standards. Very big & good. But as it is an Indian airport, the authoroties are also having typical India orthodox mentality.

- Kyrre GjerstadApril 9, 2017Very nice, clean and uncluttered airport which was easy to navigate. Spent rather long in the e-visa line, but apart from that the experience was very good.
- Superb Airport . Beautifully built. Only problem is in arrivals. Lifts don't work properly and you may end up getting stuck sometimes. Lift doesn't go on some floors so causes lots of hassle..
- Never knew they have complimentary service for transfer to international airport. Must take this service to avoid traffic and reach faster. Lovely AC coach and smart staff at your help. 😊

- New terminal is lovely. Huge, quiet and easy to get through on arrival until the last bit - filtered through small channel to show passport stamp! Bit of a scrum.

- Unlike most international airports of class, Mumbai's airport does not believe people need small trolleys while walking the kilometres from the plane and Immigration. Amazing India!

- Everything is beautiful and grand at T2 except the mosquitoes...they are big, plenty and everywhere. Do not dare to enter without a mosquito repellent cream.
- Terminal 1 at Santacruz for domestic flights and Terminal 2 at Sahar for int'l flights. Use the same airside facilities but are physically separated on the cityside, requiring a 15–20-min (airside).

- Recommended to buy alcohol frm the destination u come frm its cheaper and variety is larger.if you travel with fmly u can't use one credit card to pay for all.u need to swipe multiple times! Hw lame
- MK ChanJune 3, 2018The road to immigration is quite far, it is always crowded. If u have e-visa, go further away counter, 50-55 counter around.
- Good airport BUT the ATMs in the area after customs when you’re entering the country don’t even work so why are they there? They have counters for money exchange that take a cut of course.
- If you get WiFi connected then you are one hell of a dude. Bloody such an amazing airport with no proper WiFi connectivity. Also plz do currency exchange of how much you need. The charges are sky high

- Matrix voice/data card (handheld android) for Dubai is from Du - for 249 AED (30 days). I understand that at DXB airport you can get it for 99 AED! Check before you buy! Jaago Grahak Jaago :-)

- Passport check, tag chk, stamping etc etc etc is done a total of 7 times before a person can board the flight! Efficiency at its best! A frequent travelers dream!

- Duty free shopping more attractively priced for Scotch n Malts, as compared to Dubai, Heathrow, JFK, Seattle Tacoma, Gatwick. If ur outta INR just ask customs official to use an ATM just outside.
- If you're coming in from an international location, run to immigration as soon as you get out. The lines fill up FAST!
- Smoking at outside of terminal: behind Burger King is recommended. ISA members will immediately recognize once get there. [ International Smokers Association]
