Arrive at least 2 hours before a Monday morning flight to compensate for the horribly managed security lines.
Prepare for the short runway at takeoff and landing. Hard braking
WORST Hertz counter in the nation. They never have cars ready on time, they're rude and their cars aren't clean. Even if you're a Gold member, skip it and rent from someone -- ANYONE -- else.
Welcome to Chi City! While you're at Midway, be sure to grab a sammich at the glorious Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Eat like a local and load up with the hot peppers.
There's a shoeshine stand at gate B10. Costs $6. Quality work.
Priority security is a joke - it takes longer than regular security. Midway please fix.
Sonya MarinSeptember 14, 2011Not sure if what I ate at lalos was steak tacos or dog food disguised in a tortilla. Avoid the steak tacos- unless you like dog food.
Lately, very long, slow and badly organized security lines. Allow extra time!
Don't pass up chance to get a great bfast sandwich from potbelly early mornings because the line for mcDs tends to be super duper long for no reason...that I know of
