I have never had bad service here, & I come a lot! Love this place.
Actually service doesn't suck! Depends who you have and don't blame food taking long on ur server! He or she isn't responsible for cooking it!
Incredibly poor service from the bartenders and the management is just as awful, if not worse.
Service sucks here. Great food, but don't come here if you're starving. Takes forever!- The free chips and salsa is false advertising. They gave us two lousy reasons why it wasn't honored. Service at this Chili's sucks anyway.
