You can eat everything that compose of an animal called "cow". You get the usual beef, tripe, tendon. And you can get the exotics such as bone mallow, penis and balls. I'd highly recommend this jawn
This place tastes better what's served in HK. Must get the 全部盛. Not the most convenience place but definitely one of the tastiest.
