I like the fact that the gym is huge, but it gets veeeery busy in the evening. Also, I am not sure that people know how to use sauna here: once I say a woman exercising there.- It's getting better go early and beat the crowds. But heck there's always a crowd no matter what time u go.
- Great place to work out with friends and family. Mornings are best to avoid crowd of people. But even then it is still a great place to work out at.
Holly CoilFebruary 26, 2013They need to move to bigger location. They have nicer facilities in other areas. I feel NoCo is getting the short end of the stick.
People working out in the back can be pretty loud, but you can go to any club fitness location.

Be patient!!! Its a small facility, you may be waiting on parking and/or a machine!
Never a place to park and if you park in the back... Well you take that risk.
