Beware of Damac's Area Variation Charge in the Sales and Purchase Agreement. Damac's flats tends to be built bigger than stated in the SPA and they will charge you massively for extra area.

There is always queue for elevators. You need at least 15 min to go to your desired floor

Tower built by DAMAC, Damac floors are on 6th, 17th, 19th & the 20th floor.
