Ordered breakfast...pretty good and staff was very friendly, respectful, & they kept the water glass full without asking. Place is very busy, but the wait time was not long. Free pkng in a shared lot.
Why travel to crowded downtown L.A. for flowers. Free parking, no panhandlers, nice area, and friendly service.

If you're out late this is the place to pick up chili cheese fries or a burrito. The place is crowded; however, the lines move fast. Bathrooms are inside along with an inside and outside dining area.
