IzoNovember 29, 2019Stinky smell in the bathroom, impossible to wash teeth with tap water because of bad taste... there are probably bed bugs : bitten all over my back. Cheap price- Gotta say yes to free cookie when you check in.

Zashia QSharrJune 13, 2012Horrible front desk service!!! The MoD for the night didn't even get back to us. We weren't even being unreasonable. All we needed was one set of utensils. Stuffed under door in AM. Needed at night!
See April at the HHonors desk. She know how to handle honors members.

Good luck trying to get a drink....place is dead and not one person stops to take a drink order, unreal...
- 3 pools..no waiting, just down the street from the Convention center, they have a shop with green tea ice cream, and free WiFi in all the public places....
