Rows of ramen shops and restaurants on the 10th & 11th floors respectively. Use the Skyway on the 10th floor to cross to the other side of the station. Magnificent views especially at night.
Tip for tourists: Try the single act play which will cost you Y800-Y1,500. Each act lasts for 30 minutes max. You can also rent audio receivers with English language commentary.
Endless rows of shops. Go to Takeshita Dori for inexpensive youth apparel, Omotesando for the high-end retailers, and Jingumae for Western brands.
Topnotch room amenities. Spick and span. Affordable rates, esp if you book through Agoda. My only complaint is that the room is tiny. Not much room to move around. But everything in Tokyo is tiny.
