Spin classes on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings pack out quickly - get here early for your ticket! Also, be prepared to not have a locket during peak times. Very worth it though!

Ladies Beware. Male janitor enters locker room during operating hours! Caught in my towel after shower and again in sauna! Continued to clean while I had to hide in shower stall to dress!
