Lots of machines & equip-new and older but in good shape! Has a women's only section and a cinema cardio room with a huge screen playing movies. Has a day care and tanning. Lots of body builders here!

Jena JakubowskiJune 18, 2013I love this gym. The cardo cinema is pretty cool. Also they have a lot of classes to fit any schedule.
They offer free WiFi which is great for audio applications like slacker and Pandora. Too bad their WiFi never works. . Just saying
Awesome workout facility for an excellent price. Worth the drive.
Try the Cardio Cinema, it is so much better getting Cardio done while watching a movie you can get lost in.
Try the 800 pound gorilla smoothie! So good and only 5 dollars! A steal.
