From all the Gold's Gyms I've visited around the area, this is by far the best location!
J CMay 6, 2011When I first joined, I didn't intend to go regularly. It wasn't until I started training with Jon that I realized why Gold's is so awesome. Jon W. is the best trainer EVER!
Gets so busy after about 4pm so I started coming before work at 530am for the best workout.
Bring the kids to the Kids Club - cheaper than hiring a babysitter! Kids Club closes at 9pm on weekdays.
Jacob is a great trainer! Super knowledgable! Try the classes, spin is kick ass!- Take the boxing class by David Sanchez. He knows what he's doing and it's a great work-out!
Rita's the best spin instructor!! Great motivator, super-positive, and great music
When you get here, Try the Lance Armstrong Cycles, they are amazing!
Bradley is the best trainer ever!! Call him for an orientation!
After each workout..use dry sauna helps with your metabolism....

Get some wraps and boxing gloves... Hit them bags! Super calorie burner.
Remember, the hardest part about working out is getting to the gym.
