Make friends with the bartender, I think his name his Jose. The older gentleman that works nights with glasses at the top part of the pool bar. Top him a few times and he will take care of you ;)

One last tip, don't book excursions at hotel. Go to the mall and look for a white guy named James (I think that's his name) he has the best prices! Def do keep safari with the 7 waterfalls.

Also, best beach resort in Playa Dorado! Go there more than once and become a "gold member". I've been there 7 times!

We forgot my laptop charger in the room. We called immediately to go back and recover it. They told us they didn't have it.. The service was TERRIBLE and the STOLE us a 80 dollars charger.

look for the bartender named santana and ask for the santana special. you won't regret it.
