Take time to look at the spectacular spring views of the downtown skyline in between sets on the G-Werx strength training machine. So beautiful on a sunny, clear day!

I don't like gyms, but I really like 501Fit! Assuming it's still offered, give the one-week free trial of strength training classes a shot. They are great - really motivating, good work out, and lots
