My favorite ice cream shop in the Iowa City area. My personal favorites are the cake batter ice cream and the s'mores ice cream. The hot fudge sundaes are excellent as well.

One of the better ice cream store in the IC area and prices are good for the amount. Honestly, a kid size can be shared with two adults!

A great addition to Downtown, as it offers a variety of flavors many other places don't. Not to mention the quality is superb.

Long loved the bubble gum ice cream. Avoid the cookie dough unless you're a fan of oats.

Kara's Creation has been my fave ice cream at Heyn's for over a dozen years. Used to live in Iowa City and try to stop at Heyn's when we are there now.
