Stand n.1 absolutely the best: veggie cous cous, mixed brochettes, green peppers and wonderful bread!
Pretty cool place, as long as you dont mind donkeys, mopeds and people selling shit. Pick a cafe with a rooftop terrace to rise above the chaos.
Great mixed grill at stall 41. Had some nice food at stall 1 too. Walking through the pushy waiters isn't easy, but keep on smiling! :-) It's worth visiting and eating here in the evening.
Go to stall bis 75 to eat. Beware of the monkey men and henna women, they take your arm and then you have to pay... Cafe the France has an expensive service but is very nice to have lunch !
