I truly do love kickboxing! This studio has the best energy, fit-fam feel, most intense warm up, killer kickboxing rounds, and most upbeat music to stay on your toes the entire hour! Love this place!

ILKB is amazing!! It is definitely my favorite place to go during the week. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The warm ups are always insane and the bag rounds are fun. The facility is always clean

How can it be this much fun to get your butt kicked, while also kicking butt?! Staff and members are so welcoming. Definitely need to give this a try if you’re looking to spice up your workout.

Workout is hard but goes by fast because it is fun. Facility is clean and Staff is supportive and well trained. I have noticed a huge increase in my strength and endurance. Highly Recommended!!

Classes are amazing and staff! I enjoy even class as it gives me another great source of workout! I knew nothing coming into kickboxing and the staff has taught me how to properly perform the moves!

I love ILKB! You can't beat the location or the fun energetic atmosphere you are hit with the second you walk in. The instructors are nice, the workouts are killer and the music will keep you dancing!

I love these classes! The instructors are amazingly supportive and allow you to go at your own pace while giving you the push you need. Very addictive and fun! Helps with anxiety and stress too!

ILKB is the best. The perfect location, always clean and offer the most effective workouts. I always feel like I’ve worked out my entire body after a 1hr class. Try it, you won’t regret it.
