The NES Health ProVision scan analyzes the entire body-field for existing energy blockages and information distortions. A personal protocol of Infoceuticals and miHealth corrections are prepared, based on the results of the ProVision scan. The first one hour session includes an in-depth review of the many aspects of the body-field on which ProVision reports. Second and subsequent sessions last approximately 30 minutes.

Private sessions can be the perfect start to a new yoga practice or focus on refining details of a seasoned practice. Each session can be tailored to individual physical, emotional and energetic lifestyles. You can expect one on one instruction and adjustments, suggestions on creating a routine that is easy to follow and homework with an appointment scheduled with advanced notice.

Focused visits are for new or returning patients working on a specific health issue, usually pain. These appointments are 45-60 minutes long and includes acupuncture only. (New patients, please come 15 minutes early to fill out forms) .

The New Client visit is for any patients seeing Leslie for the first time. This appointment is 90 minutes and includes a comprehensive evaluation and acupuncture treatment. These sessions may also include other modalities including gua sha, cupping, qigong, Alpha-Stim, moxa, or nutritional and herbal recommendations.

Swedish/Relaxation massage uses light to medium pressure and long luxurious strokes to relax tight muscles, reduce pain in achy sore muscles and reduce stiff joints. Side effects include improved sleep, digestion and mood.

This is a gentle yoga that focuses on pairing the breath with movement, observing and opening range of motions, contracting the muscles to slowly build strength and coordination. All props are provided. Practice can be adapted to many levels of physical activity.

This Intermediate Yoga class is a quick flow for students familiar with traditional yoga poses and their names. In this class we will use the breath to move us through the sequence and make key adjustments after each pose.
