Sue SpaightFebruary 6, 2013Dane, the pedorthocist here, is legendary. If you need custom insoles for running etc., he's THE man.- Amazing yoga instructors! The Sun Salutations class is a great way to start your Saturday morning.
It's hard to get into the Thursday night beginning Yoga class.. get in there early to get a good spot :)
