Decent Buryan (Slow cooked lamb). Very good Parde Pilav (Chicken Rice cooked enclosed in a thin, flaky crust) Many similar places in the same area. Some are better. Try Sur Ocakbasi.
Boneless Buryan was nice with a smokey taste. One with bones not as tasty. Mumbar's intestine taste was a bit too strong. Good place to eat, good prices, but not mindblowing. Service needs improvement.
This restaurant specialises in büryan kebab. A side of a small lamb is slowly cooked over coals in a deep hole in the ground and it is super yaaamy! Also try the ...perde pilaf!
