This place is a hidden gem in Greenpoint, we couldn't get into our usual spot and thank the heavens for that because we found our new favorite breakfast spot! Get the Tater Heaven!

Good neighborhood staple. Get the burger at dinner and the Benedict for brunch. Coffee is good also!

The tots are dope, but they're not what you're expecting. They're golden orbs of mashed potato and crack. At brunch, I recommend Un-vegetarianizing the vegetable hash with a side of crazy-thick bacon.

Ordered 2 beers and the tater heaven. Tater tots were awesome. Planned to get 2 more beers and pie, but received the check before we said we were ready to go or asked if we wanted anything else.

The Jimmys (taters) are a delicious and unique addition to the menu. I'm a huge fan of their cheese grits. Tater Heaven never disappoints.

Great find. Low key, lovely food, great service. Homemade bread and butter will change your world. Try the Son of a Gun Cocktail and the suckling pig.

T.O.N.Y article says to try the shareable plates - duck confit terrine, scallop ceviche, broccoli rabe and potatoes, and carrots with forbidden rice.

Either place got tamer since NYT write up, or NYT got light-headed crossing east river. Anyway, v. good, pretty straight ahead with a few tweaks - "pork neck" v "pork chop", but basically same thing.
