Unorganized. Hard to find staff to get info and even harder if you're flighting American airlines. Give yourself at least 2.5 hours before your fight and pray to not have it delayed and/or cancelled!
Between gate 40 & 42 there is free wifi, connect to attwifi. The "greatest city on Earth" and they don't give free wifi? How can they charge you for Internet on an airport?
Beware of Delta terminal 3. From the international area exit you have to go to area D at the domestic side to get picked up. It is a confusing, decrepit mess and they need to tear the terminal down.

Jet Blue is cheap but a POS. Miss your flight and pay an extra 40 to reserve a seat the next flight. Pay an extra 80 if your luggage is a pound overweight. Have a road trip if you can and avoid flying

There are not that many food kiosks around gates 30-40. Had to walk all the way to gate 12 for the food court. Thank god I had 3 hrs to spare. Otherwise I would've miss my flight trying to find food.
