love the room bery spacious had the room in 26th floor made me seen the medan city from higher view.. walking distance to the food centre and next to the biggest shopping mall in town to be Deli Park

What’s not to love about this hotel? Comfy (and big) beds, superb rooms, delicious foods, great service. If they have transfer service to the train station, I’d call it perfect.

Stay here for the 4th time & they still have same variety of food for breakfast each day. They will give you free Rewards card & automatically become a member. Don't forget to try the health club.

The breakfast has many delicious food choices, try to eat everything! When the rooms are full, blackout is a regular guest, but it'll go away in a few minutes, so don't worry if you're in the lift ;)

My favorite 5 star in Medan. Since Medan has a funny standard of customer service, you can expect “normal” here. Oh, super comfy beds.

Love staying here!! Huge rooms, amazing view, perfect bed, great service, very nice cocktails and great breakfast buffet. The toilets are pretty interesting also ;)

Without hesitation, this is the hotel I would stay should I return to Medan. Higher floors for better views. V were on the 28th. Daily shuttle to Centrepoint Mall. Service: 👍

Breakfast has super many food choices. I literally tried everything! When the rooms are full, blackout is a regular guest, but it goes away just few minutes, so don't be afraid if you're on the lift.

Its 5 star in every way but as per usual those that really made the stay a memorable one were the staff who unfailingly were obliging, helpful & full of smiles @ all times. Truly a hotel without fault
