Nothing is quite impressive. Despite the massive size of the airport, internet wifi is poor, arrogant & not friendly officers & staffs. Overall, the only thing that is good at KNO is only the toilets

FYMarch 14, 2014They have no luggage wrapping machine here. Ask somo guys there, they will call certain men to do luggage wrapping for you. Cost is 35k rupiah.
Poorly designed. Once you enter the waiting room, you need to go out again to reach the toilet. One more thing is that there's no water to drink here. Come on!most international airports do have this.

Bad system of this airport not like others International Airport is the gate wrote on your ticket not the same with your flight schedule....the Airport must to fix this system we can flight comfortly
Aware on signs inside the airport. There are still few unfinished signs ex: check-in, immigration passport.
Nik SuhaimanOctober 7, 2014The airport tax of 200,000 rupiah is ridiculous for an airport this size. Even KLIA2 with much better facilities charged much lower. Authorities must be greedy to recover money spent on new building
everything's expensive. a lot of check in counters, but only 2 counters available. hate that people can go in go out freely even they aren't flying. most of trollies are broken. clean and wide toilet.
