ThatAngelo friends and moreOctober 3, 2013Every lifetime is a little different, its nice if your needing lots of different workouts or just to have some relaxing things to take part in. Plus more true fitness type people in a gym like this.
I absolutely love this gym. Staff makes an effort to get to know your name and the place is immaculately clean.
Don't leave towels on the floor of the showers! Also, don't sit your naked ass on the tiles in the sauna. Sit on a towel!
Bust your ass when you are, and you will see results maybe not in the first few weeks but soon after!!! :)

Really informative webinar on "Dumping Sugar" with Natalie and Justin. Thank You.- Men, stop leaving towels in the shower. Others do not want to touch your wash cloth. This isn't your home. Pick up after your self or don't use the showers!
Sweet ass place, u work out in a very spacious gym, than u got heat room, pool, jaquoozie n steam room after, really big gym.- Don't leave towels in the shower area. This isn't your home. Put them in the hamper!!!!
Make sure you read your contract before making any changes to your contract they fee you to death!
Be careful of your personal items in the men's locker room. Thieves about.
If your looking for a membership ask for Ihsann Ali!! Tell him Gav told you to do so!!!
Try the "Strictly Strength" class works-out every muscle & it will KICK your A**!! Caution: sore for at least 3days

See Jordyn or Drew for training. Best trainers. Make you work and won't hear your whining.
Make sure you wipe the machines after you sat your nasty sweaty ass on them
Have been members to all 3 lifetimes and this is by far the worst. The showers are so weak and machines are older than other clubs. Come on now $62 a month?
Substandard customer service here, Troy and Rochester locations "get it."- Work out as hard as you can. You'll pass out before you die.
