Joe Swenson is a great personal trainer! Strong focus on proper form/technique. He regularly switches up the exercises he puts you through, giving you more to incorporate into workouts on your own.
Foundations-Strength on Monday's with Michelle and on Wednesday's with Julie...perfect after work...well balanced...Awesome!- Get in early on weekends and you have an awesome quiet workout
