- Nikki EisenbraunFebruary 7, 2011Heat/air doesn't work in my room. Will be talking with the front desk later. Friends here are not having any luck getting a good whirlpool suite in the pyramid either.
- The computers are easier to print from on the lower level rather than the ones near Starbucks
- Ricardo GApril 27, 2019This hotel is in dire need of maintenance and better management. There are water leaks in the rooms and hallways, it smells musty and old and it is not very clean. You’ll get better value elsewhere.
- Christopher DietrichJune 14, 2014Yes this is the low end of the strip, but it seems like they don't even try. Our room was not clean when we checked in, the food overpriced for the money. Access to monorail is a pain. Don't bother.
- Long wait at taxi stand on the strip. There's another at the North Entrance by the Excalibur walk way. Never a line.
- Amy-MarieNovember 20, 2011The garlic balls from the pizza place upstairs look delicious.. They aren't.
- If you can try and get a room in the towers, they are much quieter.
- Michael BlackApril 27, 2013I ate at the Luxor Buffet last time I was here about 5 years ago... It was great then, however this time around the food and service was terrible.! Look somewhere else for food!
- Las Vegas MannequinsSeptember 4, 2011The inclinators (the elevators in the Luxor pyramid) move at a 39-degree angle.
- Çağrı GülümserFebruary 7, 2015We had really bad experience at Luxor LV. They don't have free wi-fi. Rooms ceilings are draining. They don't let you know if you have special mail or delivery
- Chris BurkeOctober 4, 2014Definitely a sight to see, but not a place to stay during your visit. Strip location isn't ideal, lack of in room wifi. Needs a major update.
- Tabitha Read MahanOctober 10, 2011Food good. Service acceptable. I enjoyed the cinnamon apple French toast.
- Marilyn WimbushJanuary 23, 2013Where do I start! Basically, our first night sucked in the Pyramid. Roaches in the bathroom. Dead and live ones. NEVER staying here again. When the manager was called he said roaches were common.
- Shannon FetterlyApril 15, 2013The $19 a day resort fees is way to high. The rooms are way to far away from elevators .We had to stand in line twice to check in even after I called down from the wrong room to let them know.
- Victor MorielNovember 10, 2015Rooms are old hard,to regulate temp, was only able to go from ice box cold,to refrigerator cold. Bathroom has seen better days overall I would look elsewhere before going back here.
- Jimmy KastnerAugust 19, 2014Unless you really like Egyptian stuff, this casino is a bit overrated and feels ominous.
- Brian HonigmanAugust 29, 2012It's crazy that the line to check into your room is literally a mile long and takes over an hour. Never seen something like this at a hotel before, it's crazy.
- JAugust 14, 2018They charge a $35 resort fee per person when you arrive. Prepare for that when figuring in costs. Was just looking for a hotel close to the airport for a layover. :/
- Angie PutthoffJuly 31, 2012Be prepared - you will get asked comped tickets anytime you speak to an employee on the floor. Seriously, twice in 10 minutes.
- Nicole WaldenMay 14, 2013Looked awesome from the outside ...inside...eh..left a bit to be desired for me.
- Las Vegas MannequinsSeptember 4, 2011The Luxor's atrium could hold nine Boeing 747s stacked on top of each other.
- The suites in the pyramid are soaking tubs now; no more jacuzzi. :(
- Michael PerhaesSeptember 25, 2011Always energetic and fun. However, this place suffers from a lack of coherent identity along with an impossibly confusing floor plan.
- Time share alert...when checking in prepare for an offer of coupons which is a time share offer
- Make sure you head over to Liquidity for your 2-for-1 drink offer!
