View, canal side. Restaurant and bar views great. Free drinks and breakfasts with every night stay. Great spot for Houghton. Beds are hard.

This hotel is quality especially for a small town in a remote area. Get the side with the view. It is worth a small upgrade charge. Also breakfast view is amazing. Cheers.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. When I woke up in the morning I could barely move. Ended up checking out a day early because of it.

DON'T STAY HERE! They're overpriced, outdated EVERYTHING and the staff doesn't give a rip about their guests. They're insanely rude and think they work at some sort of high class resort.
