Open 365 days a year. It's good for those weekends you don't know what to do and everything it's closed. It has some good stores too.

Desigual used to have changing rooms with view on the port (alas, no more).
ElleJanuary 1, 2013Take the Rambla de Mare towards the Chris Columbus monument & go in a straight line on Las Ramblas towards Plaça Catalunya.
