I had to switch therapists after my favorite therapist left. I had a session with Marcus and my search for a new favorite therapist is over! He was very personable and massaged my back to new life!

Front desk staff is always friendly and professional. I've had two of my last three appointments cancelled or changed with less than 1 business day, though, with no offer of solution - annoying!

1st time at this location. Started late... Front desk is very nice & professional. Rosa (?) pretty good masseuse.. Not bad... Didn't get the late start's, time back. Overall not bad.

I would advise you to triple check your appointment if you book here. They have messed up 2 of mine already and I left with NO massage. Honestly, go elsewhere. I'm going to!

Still tranquil at 10 minutes in to appt. No sign of my masseuse, but a helpful front desk person did at least inquire.

An hour massage really only gets you 45 minutes. Full body didn't include scalp although I requested it.

5 minutes after appt and still sitting in 'tranquility room'. I know I won't get that 5 minutes back on the other side.

Been here 10+ times
Service has gotten horrible in the last year as they've grown. I'm actually more stressed out coming here dealing with poor service then relaxed. Quit today after two years.
