The Stone Ritual: is a nurturing treatment meant to melt away all the stresses of the body. Excellent for circulation, the healing heat of the stones is used during the entire treatment. First oil is applied to the body with the stones and then a salt scrub is used to exfoliate the skin. After showering off the salt, a medium pressure massage targets tension in the back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders with use of the stones. The face is then cleansed with a mild cleanser and a facial massage, Finishes with a scalp massage.

This medium pressure back massage with hot stones and aromatherapy is meant to relax and calm while relieving neck, shoulder, and low back tension.

If you are looking for a more therapeutic style of massage, deep tissue delves deeper into trigger point work. A deeper pressure massage can release the points that are "knotted" in your muscles, giving you increased range of motion and providing relief from chronic pain.
