    Ernie is the best! He is the manager and he loves his job. I have been buying from him since Pandora charms started to get popular. The store is really nice and there are security guards at the door.

    Even if you order online, you still have to wait until someone can assist you in picking it up. Why not have it shipped?! Free shipping on all online orders & my orders arrive the next afternoon!

    I had a horrible experience and have made several complaints to Pandora about them as well. A word of advice to the management If you don't like your job its time to get a new one.
