The garden is beautiful, the entry price is worth it! It's peaceful, organized and there is much to see. The museum is interesting, they had samurai weapons and armor on display when I went.

Beautiful and quiet walkings. You can just sit down and hear the sound of the bamboos, or just enjoy the view. Their restaurant is good. Try their Bento Box. Warning: it's a lot of protein!

Bring sushi, a picnic blanket, paper umbrellas and watercolors with the kids, let them paint what they see, as you sample saki from your flask.

The restaurant is great. I don't get the layout of the gardens, but there is a mound, which makes it cool relative to every other flat thing around here.

Walk the tranquil grounds. It’s so quiet. Occasionally you hear the rustling of bamboo trees, a koi breaking the pond surface, see your reflection in the stream. This is it, your moment of Zen.
