    Mudai special no.1, Bosena Shiro is tasty,has nice thick gravy. The spiced butter and jalapeño flavors in the vegetarian dish Foul I really liked.

    Try the kitfo leb leb, spiced ground beef prepared rare, kinda like steak tartar, but more African :)
