Nice club overall with friendly staff and trainers! My favorite part is 5th floor boxing studio and pool area! Solange is sunshine at front desk, Miguel/Freddy/Jesus gentlemen and Audie is the man!!

Love all the trainers (Rafael's the best of course lol), love most of the classes (Rosa's cycle class is intensely awesome!) and if you can get a free court, racquetball is always a blast!

I prefer the staff at 23rd.. They are not as nice at 56th, but I assume that's just because it's uptown.
