- Wilson Favre-DelerueOctober 12, 2018Recently built terminals (both the international and the Garuda domestic ones), clean throughout, great selection of shops and F&B outlets. And the gateway to one of the world’s most special islands!Upvoted 11 hours ago
- Miss GinaDecember 1, 2015The new airport is so much better than the old one. Clean place, friendly staff, much more organized than before. Free Wifi is having problem right now. Food is tooooooo expensive.Upvoted 19 hours ago
- TingAugust 24, 2015Great improvement to the new airport compared to the old one. There is a taxi counter by DFS. Note taxi ride to Legian/ Seminyak is about 95k, payable to the driver. Don't pay 120k at the counter.Upvoted 9 hours ago
- At the entrance to the hall with the check-in counters, have your passport and print out or screen shot of your flight details ready. Otherwise the security won't let you through.Upvoted Feb 13
- Dave RoseAugust 26, 2014International Departure? There are lots of charging stations / power points around the perimeter of the food court seating. The food court is halfway through the duty free mall. None in gate areas.
- Branded cafes on departure: Starbucks & "Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf" cafes can be found on the way to Departure Gates 7,8,9. It's a treasure hunt. Haha!
- Se7enthAngelOctober 23, 2017Free WiFi, no need to sign in. Immigration was smooth. Get the local SIM card after arrival, exit to the left near Kiosk. Ensure you get back yr own SIM card, they might just dispose it if you dont.
- Hazrin YinNovember 7, 2014Seriously, this is quite an awesome airport. Reliable free wi-fi, super clean toilet, few shops to do last-minute-shopping. Although you have to pay Rp 200k, it really is worth it !
- Nice new airport, with variety of shops and restaurants. Good clear signage for gates and customs and immigration was fast and efficient. Massive improvement over old airport.
- Aj MerrittDecember 15, 2016I travel all the time. Bali should be proud to have such a good airport. Great food at last wave, Hard Rock Cafe, so fast to get through customs and check in with Air Asia.
- Catsi CatalanNovember 22, 2018Systematized process from arrival to departure. Airport staff are polite and well-trained. The departure area showcases a wide selection of stores from high-end brands to local souvenir shops.
- A far walk to the gate, so spare more time before your departure. It's cleaner and has more decent shop. Many taxi around. Can use grab or gojek here. Or rent one for a day. Don't forget to bargain.
- 🦊 FoxMarch 21, 2020Good, clean airport with HardRockCafe on the airside. When wondering around - look up, especially around gates. And remember - keep proper social distance!
- Only ILS Approach on RW 27 (via Benoa). RW 09 (via Kuta) has non-precision approach. Long runway (3000m). Nice to visit this place. #GarudaIndonesia #Boeing737NG #Wheels #5StarAirline #Pilot
- The nearest hotel which is walking distance would be Hotel Harris Tuban. They even provide the free shuttle to Ngurah Rai International Airport.
- Popular private hire car driver platform Grab (like Uber in the US) has a customer lounge as u exit International Airport Arrivals. Order a car & wait in the cooled lounge. Your car will fetch u there

- Mo MuaalemiJuly 18, 2017Good airport... just the officers at the visa counter gave me a hard time although all my documents were perfect... maybe because of my nationality... no hard feelings... good place nonetheless.
- Alvaro CastilloDecember 22, 2014Really interesting blend of modern architecture and classic Asian main terminal does get a little hot and humid since its an outside inside airport
- Try Kedai Tjap Loko for midnight Indomie noodle in the island. Find it at Jl. Beraban (behind Red Carpet Oberoi), they open 8pm-3am.
- Bianca BuenoJanuary 31, 2020Ordering a via a ride hailing app either Grab or a Gojek is much cheaper (up to 50%) than the airport taxi service. Gojek is an Indonesian company so their app and reach is very good to use.
- Nicole JustineNovember 27, 2014Surprisingly nice airport with many different waiting area themes! Surely due to tourist demand, but well worth it!
- Alise KOctober 26, 2014Don't worry if you didn't find any decent souveniers on the streets. There is a wide selection at the airport. In fact even better offers and prices are in US $. Alcohol prices are refreshingly low 😌

- The last time I visited Bali was in 2012. I remember the airport was on progress to rebuild. I'm surprised after 2 years, the airport turns out to be a well representative airport. Nice and clean.
- CintaJanuary 23, 2016Spent my waiting time at the TG Lounge. The airport is not too big, but there are some good restaurants to enjoy good meal.
- RoanaOctober 2, 2014Medium size airport. Some typical duty-free shops inside and cafés too. There's a spa too for that last minute massage or manicure.
- Domestic Terminal: during the current-on-going big renovations, at the check-in counters, Anti-Mosquito Repellent Appliance is highly advised! (Nyamuknya ga nahannn!!)

- Damian BayonaDecember 31, 2015The taxi queue for arriving flights can be lengthy. Though they look shady, the non official taxi hawkers next to the stand are safe and charge the same price. Less wait, more holiday 👍🏻
- ᴋᴍʏApril 1, 2019Average size for an international airport.Arrival hall quite traditional and old.Departure hall is very modern and new layout.Plenty of food!!High end shops at departure hall area.
- Watch the traffic situation if you need to get to the airport. Better to be early than late - at least 3 hrs before your flight and do prebook your transport to the airport.
