A hustle and bustle and a mix of tourist, families, bostonites, and drag queens. One of the most vibrant gayborhoods I've been to. If you are gay you will be so comfortable. Lots of great shops.
Beautiful beach, take a walk to the lighthouse admiring the dunes. Pay for the National Park access and get access to all the Cape Cod parks for the day.
In between Perkins Cove and Ogunquit beach are a clutch of rocky spits of sand that are less crowded and stunningly beautiful
Lobster rolls at the clam shack, souvenirs from saxony, glass and decorative items from whimsy shop. No brand name stores--except for Ben & Jerry.
Great museum with new exhibits and a fantastic permanent collection. Free admission on Fridays is a nice perk, too. Make sure to check out the local galleries along Congress Street and in the Old Port
Great place to spend a day. Stunning views. Nice park to picnic in, or hang out on the rocks. Not a bad view anywhere.
A Maine tradition 24/7. Visit the fish pond and say hello to all the taxidermied critters. Tip: Almost everything runs 1 size too big. Favorite section: L.L.Bean Signature Collection (so nice)

One of the most spectacular beaches & sunsets I've ever seen. At low tide, you can walk miles away from the shore on a sand bar, literally into the sun. If it's not on your bucket list, it should be!

One of the essential places to visit if you love illustration, Tim Burton or German Expressionism. Place has a lot of charm, cross-hatched drawings and a really friendly old fat cat on a diet.
Might be hands down the most phenomenal bakery on Cape Cod. Happy Fish posts up in a classic historic building and brings brilliant takes on sticky buns, brioche and a Cape levain. Get here.
Holy moly. Believe the hype: best lobster roll we've had on the Cape. Everything (pancakes, home fries, cole slaw) was great here. Pro tip: Bring Cash! Nearest ATM is a 5 minute drive away.
Terrific fried clams plate, and very convenient location just off the Cape Cod Rail Trail path. Tons and tons of flavors of ice cream too!
The Brewster Fish House is great. I enjoy that they base their menu on fresh,seasonal ingredients. As a vegetarian it's nice that they always have an option. Service is always professional and nice
If you want to take a long walk on the beach, it's best not to take your car since the parking limit it 30 minutes. If you're lucky you might see some friendly seals.
I only come in end of Sept. fun beach, love watching the birds, seals, and the tide changes. Fun to walk super far out on sand bars and where the bay meets the ocean. Wish I'd see a shark.. one day :(

Love the Nubble Lighthouse, quaint antique shops, long walks with beautiful views of historic buildings, lobster boats and waterways.
Expensive, delicious, interesting, typical New England... Just don't eat all the chutney samples and all the mustard samples and all the jam samples at the same time. Trust me.

Pretty cheap to go to any of the neighboring island and the ticket is good for multiples days in case you change your mind!
The ultimate greek style pizza on the Cape, period. Perfectly thick and crispy crust. The pizza here is iconic and simply unbeatable.
The proprietor is Vietnamese, so you get Vietnamese coffee as good as they'd have it in Ho Chi Minh City. Their Vietnamese latte is a wonderful rendition on traditional fare.
Ask for the room with a window that doesn't face a wall 5 feet away. Wonderful hotel, amazing staff. Windows that face walls, epic fail.
