No such thing as giving the Pig too much love. From bread to bacon, everything is house-made, and they turn out some of the best sandwiches in town. The swine-free catfish sandwich is amazing, too. Read more

Crispy Blueberry Waffle with Sausage and Scrambled Egg is my favorite on their breakfast menu, and you can’t beat the Noble pig sandwich any time of day.

Make sure to go for the Knuckle Sandwich. From the bread to the meat to the mustard, almost everything is homemade. Beef knuckle gets a rub and then is slow-roasted. Read more

Try the beef tongue sandwich. Cured tongue between slices of freshly baked bread, lightly grilled and then slathered with aioli. Smokey green onions and a tart red pepper relish brighten it up.

Housemade meat and cheese scream 'lunch,' but the sleeper hit here is breakfast. Try the Chorizo and Egg, with spicy chorizo, a fried egg, and tangy salsa piccante.

Tried 4 sandwiches (w/ friends) PBLT, Thai Chicken, Duck Pastrami, and the special (corned pork reuben). All were amazing. Duck was my favorite! I don't think you can go wrong, TONS of flavor in each!

If you are looking for a place for an affordable gourmet sandwich this is the place! I had the TNP ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH ROASTED TOMATO, HERBS AND PROVOLONE on wheat, it was so juicy and filling!

Everything—from the bacon to the bread to the pickles to the aioli—is made from scratch (save the potato chips but the chef does add his own custom seasonings to them).

Attention to detail wins the Noble Pig a spot on our list; the fact that they have the best sandwiches in Northwest Austin doesn't hurt, either. [Eater 38 Member] Read more

Amazing sandwiches with off-beat ingredients like beef tongue and duck pastrami. The service is great---they once forgot our order, apologized sincerely, and give us free sides and drinks.

Had the duck pastrami and the Thai chicken.... So good that my girlfriend I see making this our local spot... Also it sounds like Guy Fieri has made this into a tourist destination...

Try their breakfast - "overwhelmingly delicious" as my son says. American breakfast with a flair and Belgian waffles deliciously made with amazing ingredients, many of them local.

The duck pastrami is amazing!! The sweet and sour pickled veggies and jalapeno slaw are great, we buy them by the quart for a side with our other meals at home! Love this place.

I had the tongue - it's one large melty braised piece, as opposed to the traditional deli-style thin slices. It was phenomenal - flavorful and extremely tender.

The small unassuming space in a tiny strip center wasn't what I expected, but the food was. The smoked duck pastrami on rye was amazing--I'd highly recommend it. I'd also suggest ordering a side dish.
