Tim SheyJuly 4, 2012Started by some expats from NYC fine dining (Gramercy Tavern), serving mostly local, Long Island-sourced food, this is my favorite restaurant in the state of NY. A few elegant, simple rooms upstairs.

If you like the good here, another, more casual, but great restaurant you should check out is Cuvee Bar & Bistro in Greenport. It's bistro style cuisine and the chef is also from NYC.
