Confirm confirm confirm all the details of your appt! I waited 3 WEEKS to get an appt with Jeannette only to get switched to someone else based on a convo about the type of mani I wanted. grrrr!!!

Did the couples paradise package. Everything was OK but not spectacular. I would probably recommend just the massage as the tea ceremony and colour therapy shower did not add much to the experience.

The staff was very nice, the venue was clean, the massage was "OK"! The collie steam shower didn't work too well and was way too small. Overall, the experience was good. Don't know if I wld go back

Never do waxing there! Horrible, the girl burned all my skin so I had to struggle whole week.

Had to wait quite a bit and all I wanted was a gift card. Definitely not coming back.
