Good gym for 10 bucks, but make sure to take your mp3 player, they play some really crappy radio station (feels more like a high school dance than a gym)
Don't be a n00b and work out directly in front of the dumbbell racks. Have some sense.

Ross's hours are correct except that it closes at 10pm on Fridays
Lauren WApril 30, 2013Needs a better, bigger, cleaner stretching area. The closet in the locker room just doesn't cut it.
Hard to beat for 10 bucks. Just got new equipment too.
They never use the lunk alarm yet I hear people drop stuff all the time
