ElisaDecember 4, 2017Get aburi miso ramen. Green chili shio ramen is alright, only order it if you can take the spice. Juicy fried chicken is pretty good as well! Can be a long wait, expect 40mins to 1 hour at peak hours

Van DamMarch 2, 2017Black Tonkotsu is the stand out ramen bowl here. What holds back this bowls and other bowls: lack of depth and complexity of broth (you cook the broth for many hours, shouldn't it have more flavors?
