The Hotel overbook the guests for the night...just one reason I stopped staying at Marriott.

Chris PrescottDecember 31, 2012They have a lot to improve on when it comes to Service Standards! Lack of products guests need... i.e. water! Very disappointed with the service standard from this Marriott!
