Come down here if you have a late night craving for coffee or desert. They are open until midnight six days a week. Cameo Arthouse theatre is right next door too. So catch a movie and coffee together.

The staff are personable, friendly, and funny. Nice place to chill, ponder, or study.
They don't claim to have the best coffee bevs in town and they don't try to be anything they're not. I LOVE RA because they're authentic, friendly and have the most photogenic coffee shop in town.

Rude Awakening coffee house opened downtown in 1999 serving the best coffee. Organic, fair trade, shade grown coffee, long before they were buzz words they were our standard. Smoothies and coffee freezes, fabulous cakes, chocolates, fresh baked croissants in the morning, the best sandwiches.
